The Promotion: This is a promotional drawing where participants register online at one of the TEN Media, LLC websites and complete a brief survey for the chance to win prizes during the months of July through November of 2008.

Promotion Dates: July 1, 2008 through November 30, 2008.

Eligibility: Drawing participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry into the drawing. Drawing participants and winners must be legal residents of the United States. Employees of TEN Media, LLC and Internet Pioneering Inc. and their immediate families (living in the same household), vendors and suppliers are ineligible to participate in this contest.

Registration: Participants will register at any of the TEN Media websites and will complete a short survey to qualify. Purchase is not necessary to win. All entries and surveys become the sole property of TEN Media, LLC and none will be returned. One entry per email address.

Prizes: The prizes vary and cash payment will not be substituted in lieu of any prize. Warranties are not provided on any prize and all prizes are accepted “as is”. Request for refunds or substitutions of any type are not available. All taxes, duties, fees, transportation and surcharges associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Monthly Prize Drawings: Drawings will be conducted once per month in July, August, September and October 2008 and three (3) prizes per month will be drawn. The drawing registration starts at 12:00 p.m. PST, July 1, 2008 and ends 12:00 p.m. PST, October 26, 2008.

Grand Prize Semi-finalist Drawing: The ten (10) semi-finalists for the 2008 Jeep Wrangler will be drawn at random September 29, 2008, by an independent accountant. Each of the ten (10) semi-finalists win a trip for two to Las Vegas, NV to participate in the drawing of the grand prize of the 2008 Jeep Wrangler. The trip includes round trip airfare for two and hotel accommodations for three days and two nights during the week of November 3-7, 2008, plus a $250 prepaid gift card. Airfare is limited to $500 per semi-finalist and subject to Southwest Airlines route network with flights originating from major airports. Prizes will be awarded to each of the semi-finalists during the drawing for the 2008 Jeep Wrangler.

Grand Prize Drawing: From the ten (10) semi-finalists, the grand prize of one (1) 2008 Jeep Wrangler will be drawn, during the week of November 3-7, 2008 by TEN Media, LLC and the drawing is final. Semi-finalists must be present for the drawing in Las Vegas, NV. The winner of the Jeep Wrangler must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements.

Notification of Winners: All winners of the monthly prizes will be notified by email within five (5) days of the drawing. TEN Media, LLC will make all reasonable attempts to contact the drawing winners and are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses that are not correct. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the drawing, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the original winner’s place. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within five (5) days of the first notification attempt.

Prize Redemption: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that TEN Media, LLC may use the winner names and photos for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this drawing, each participant agrees TEN Media, LLC, its subsidiaries, its affiliates and all TEN Media, LLC officers, directors, employees and representatives, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless for any and all liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuses of the prize or participation in this contest or any prize related activity. Winners of prizes are subject to all taxes, and federal, state and local laws. The grand prize winner is responsible for the transportation of the vehicle from Las Vegas to its final destination. Void where prohibited.

In the Event of Dispute: All entries received are considered to be made by authorized account holders of the email addresses as listed on record at the time of contest ending. The “authorized account holder” is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A winner may be requested to provide TEN Media, LLC with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry along with proof of personal identification.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made TEN Media, LLC will seek damages and criminal prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law. This contest will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law principles.

User Information: Certain uses of TEN Media websites require that you supply personal information like your name, email address, make, model of your vehicle and other information. By registering with the website, you consent to receive information and updates directly from TEN Media. This information may also be used to contact you when necessary. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving future mailings.

Sharing Information: TEN Media exercises the right to share, rent or sell information, such as your email address, make and model of your vehicle and other information to third party affiliates/partners for promotional purposes.
